2.3 In-App Purchase Information
When you make in-app purchases within Wisy:
- All purchases are processed through Apple's secure payment system (App Store)
- We do not collect, store, or process your payment card information
- We receive purchase confirmation and transaction identifiers from Apple
- We track your in-app currency balance and purchase history for App functionality
- Transaction receipts are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

We do not collect:

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Content Moderation
Wisy allows users to create, share, and interact with various types of content, including posts, comments, messages, and room chats. We take the safety and integrity of our platform seriously.
4.1 Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from creating, posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that:
- Sexual or Explicit Content: Pornographic material, sexually explicit images or videos, sexual solicitations, or any content that promotes sexual services
- Disturbing or Offensive Content: Graphic violence, gore, disturbing imagery, content depicting harm to individuals or animals, or any material designed to shock or offend
- Gambling-Related Content: Promotion of gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries, or any form of wagering activities
- Illegal Drugs and Substances: Content promoting, selling, or glorifying illegal drugs, drug use, drug paraphernalia, or substance abuse
- Political Content: Political campaigning, electioneering, partisan political discussions, or content that promotes specific political candidates or parties
- Discriminatory or Hateful Content: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic
- Harassment and Bullying: Content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates other users
- False or Misleading Information: Spreading false information, misinformation, or deceptive content
- Spam and Unauthorized Commercial Content: Unsolicited advertisements, spam, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized commercial solicitations
- Copyright Infringement: Content that infringes upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights
4.2 Content Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Review, moderate, and remove any content that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our policies
- Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Use automated tools and manual review to identify and remove prohibited content
- Request additional information from users to verify compliance with our policies
4.3 Zero Tolerance Policy
Wisy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for offensive, inappropriate, or abusive content or behavior. We do not tolerate users who:
- Post or share content that violates our Community Guidelines
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Attempt to circumvent our moderation systems
- Create multiple accounts to avoid enforcement actions
Users who engage in such behavior will face immediate action, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination, without prior warning. Please note that account termination due to policy violations is not eligible for refunds of any in-app purchases.
5. In-App Purchases
Wisy offers in-app purchases that allow you to acquire virtual currency (coins) and premium features. The following terms apply to in-app purchases:
- Payment Processing: All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information directly.
- Purchase Authorization: By making an in-app purchase, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID account for the purchase amount.
- Virtual Currency: Coins purchased within the App are virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or refunded, except as required by law.
- Refund Policy: In-app purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be available in accordance with Apple's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support through your device's App Store settings.
- Purchase History: Your purchase history is maintained by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We track purchase confirmations to provide App functionality.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices of in-app purchases at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
- Promotional Offers: We may offer promotional pricing or discounts on in-app purchases from time to time. These offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Important: If your account is terminated due to violations of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for refunds of any in-app purchases made prior to termination.
6. End User License Agreement (EULA)
By downloading, installing, or using Wisy, you agree to be bound by our End User License Agreement (EULA), which includes the following key terms:
- Acceptable Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you create, post, or share through the App
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of our policies
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App
- In-App Purchases: You acknowledge that virtual currency and in-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
By using Wisy, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You will not post, share, or transmit any offensive, inappropriate, or abusive content
- You understand that we have a zero-tolerance policy for such content and behavior
- You accept that violations may result in immediate account termination without refund
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App

If you are a user located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, the following additional rights apply to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
